I ordered some architrave for £50, with a delivery fee of £60. Had no other option since this was the style we were after.

When the goods showed up in a cardboard tube, I figured they’d be in great shape. But when I finally opened them five days later to kick off the project, I discovered one end was scratched and dirty, plus the two longest pieces were warped. This is gonna be a hassle when it comes to fitting since they’ll be under tension.

Their reply was that I should’ve checked them within 24 hours, and they won’t do anything further about it.

I get the policy, but given the price and how they were packed, I expected them to be flawless.

Honestly, I think their response was pretty unhelpful considering the level of service and product I anticipated.

So, my recommendation? Go with another company that offers better products and customer service.

As Mr. Piccirillio pointed out, there was a hiccup with the delivery, but Emma handled it super quickly and even apologized for the mix-up. Not only did she replace the tiles, but she also threw in 50 extra ones beyond what I originally ordered, along with swapping out the ones that weren’t sent back.

Emma, who I think is the owner or founder, assisted me in finding a replacement light shade for a Victorian bracket outside. We had a couple of phone conversations and exchanged emails, and she even reached out to a few suppliers to find the perfect shade that would fit. Super helpful! Unfortunately, the first shipment from the manufacturer was the wrong size, but they sorted it out. The courier also didn’t pick up the old shade, but that’s being handled too. If it weren't for those hiccups, I would’ve given a full five stars. I’d definitely recommend this company.
